COVID-19 DELAYS
Countries with shipping delays due to Covid-19
We expect there are some delays in the following countries:
Italy at least 1 day and up to 8 weeks
US at least 7 days and up to 14 days
Canada at least 14 days and up to 21 days
NZ at least 14 days and up to 21 days
Greece at least 7 days up to 14 days
ORDERING
How do I place an order?
First choose your favorite Nice Project products in the right size and add them to the shopping cart. Then go to the shopping basket and check your order, if you click the 'proceed to checkout' button you will goto the next step where you can fill in your address details and choose a shipping method and payment method. The payment methods and shipping options vary by country.
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
If the order has not been shipped yet, it is possible to change or cancel the order by sending an email or contacting us by phone. We can not guarantee that we are able to see the mail in time. Therefore it is best to check the order extra carefully before placing it.
If an item is out of stock will it return?
We restock the main collection as much as possible and the main collection will still be sold online. The 'extra' collections such as the Liquid Lines and Movements collection are no longer restocked so order yours quickly! If in doubt you can always send us a message via contact or email.
SHIPPING
What are the shipping costs and delivery time?
We have free worldwide shipping. We also have paidExpress shipping which is a lot faster. The cost of this varies by location and can be seen at the checkout page in the shopping cart.
Below is an overview of the delivery times. Once an order is placed with us we will ship it the same day or the day after. Currently there may be delays due to Covid-19 at the shipping companies but we will do everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible.
Free shipping lead time
Shipping times for free shipping are:
Europe: 3-7 working days
Worldwide: 7-15 working days

Out of stock
We always do our best to deliver all of the items you’ve ordered. If an item is sold out, we’ll let you know ASAP. You can choose to have a refund issued for the out-of-stock products.
How can I follow/see the status of my order.
Once you have placed the order you will receive a confirmation in the mail, it may be that it ends up in your spam box. When the order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking information to follow the package. It can take a few working days before the tracking information is updated by the shipping company.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?
It is possible that the email arrived in your spambox, therefore it is always useful to check it first. If you have any questions it is always possible to contact us.
PAYMENT
How do I pay for my order?
If you have placed products in the shopping cart, you can pay as a last step, the payment methods vary by country.
Are there any additional costs: customs/taxes/duties.
Unfortunately it can happen that there are import costs involved. Unfortunately we do not know in advance and can not guarantee that this will not happen. We are not liable for these costs.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Exchanges & returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days for an exchange or a refund. You can create your return using the link below.

You can specify here exactly the details of your return. A refund in store, money back, or a different product and the reason why you're returning your Nice Project product(s). We have free shipping but do not have free returns. That means you have to buy a shipping label at your local post office for the return.
To be eligible for reimbursement, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. Make sure the item is in its original, undamaged polybag, with the tag still attached. Please also make sure that the package is properly closed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days after we receive the item.
We do not cover returning costs and possible customs clearance costs will be deducted from the return amount.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given: (if applicable)
- Swimming trunks or t-shirts with clear signs of use
- Items have been in contact with water
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for Nice project not caused by our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How do Nice Project color changing swim trunks work?
Nice Project swimwear responds to temperature changes. So, these color changing swim trunk sneed warmth and cold to show what they can do. When you’re wearing these swim trunks, they’re (usually) warm due to your body heat and the warmth of the sun. To make your Nice Project swim shorts change color, get cool! That means splash, jump or dive into the water and watch what happens.
Will the color-changing effect fade over time?
It completely depends on how you use the product. With increased exposure to UV light (the sun), the color change effect can diminish over time. There may come a time when the swimshorts no longer change color. We can’t tell you precisely when the color-changing effect will stop; it depends on how often you use them and on the intensity of UV radiation. Based on average use, we expect that the effect will last through a full Nice Project of summer fun.
Even once they stop changingcolor, we can assure you that your Nice Project official swim trunks will still beextremely comfortable. The swim suit will then remain one solid color that’sjust slightly darker than the warmest color.

Just go to a product and look at the photo's. The third product photo is a size guide. Since we've different product, the size guide is always different.
